Application Procedure

How to File an RTI Application

Standard procedure for requesting public information under the RTI Act, 2005.

Draft Application

Prepare your request clearly in Hindi or English, specifying the details of the public infrastructure record or contract requested.

Attach RTI Fee

Attach a Demand Draft (DD), Indian Postal Order (IPO), or Court Fee Stamp of ₹10/- favoring "HICD Limited" payable at Noida / New Delhi.

Post Submission

Send the application to: The Public Information Officer, HICD Limited, C-87B, Sector 8, Noida – 201301, UP.
