General Bidding Terms & Security Deposit

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

EMD payments must be remitted electronically via NEFT/RTGS or submitted as an irrevocable Bank Guarantee (BG) favoring "HICD Limited".

Technical Pre-Qualification

Bidders must provide proof of completing similar civil or solar contracts valued at a minimum of 50% of the estimated tender cost within the last 3 financial years.
